USE OF THE FACILITIES
- The parks, boat launching area/ramps, and ball field are for the exclusive use of DPA members. Members shall be considered to be those individuals determined by title, as owner of the property, which constitutes the Driftwood Point Association.
- Children living with the member and individuals residing in the same residence will be considered “Associate Members” and will have limited rights explained below.
- Owners renting their property may designate the renters as the people having rights of park privilege rather than themselves.
- Use of the parks will be allowed only to members and associate members whose assessments are current and who are members in good standing, along with accompanied guests in the amount specified below.
- Each member is responsible for their proper use and no member has a right or privilege of use not granted to all members.
- Members cannot authorize guests to use these facilities in the member’s absence. Member’s rights to use these facilities have precedent over the rights of guests of members to use these facilities.
- To insure room for members, no member may have a party of more than 20 individuals at a time in the park, other than when scheduled as a “group activity.” (An adult member must accompany this group of 20 or less.) “Associate Members” may not have more than 3 accompanied guests.
