Rental Information

Payment: Check via mail or Online (online payment includes processing fee, see below)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Rentals are secured once paid in full.
The community calendar on the members page will reflected secured rentals & assigned cabanas. It is the renters responsibility to check their rental status and location.
Rentals are not available on holiday weekends due to increased community use of the park.
Renting member must have an active gate card, be current on their HOA dues and be present for the duration of the rental.
All rentals MUST TAKE THEIR GARBAGE with them.

LARGE GROUP ACTIVITY RENTAL INFO

A qualified member must accompany group activities at all times.
Group activities of 20+ people are considered a "large group" and require a park rental.
Large Groups: Large group activities will be considered as those consisting of more than 20 people and limited to 50 people maximum per group. Two members cannot combine to make a group activity of more than 50 people. A maximum of two groups per day can be scheduled. Parking for group activities is limited to 4 vehicles per group and all remaining vehicles must be returned to member’s property.
All rentals require the removal of all garbage from the park. Dumpster cannot be used by large parties as we cannot accommodate the amount of garbage created by rentals.

CABANAS

All rentals come with use of a cabana.
Specify cabana preferences in the rental agreement.

- #1: Lakeside (main park)
- #2: Volleyball (island)
- #3: Canal (island)
